The Eyre Peninsula Old Folks Home is a modern facility with both high and low levels of care. It is located in picturesque Port Lincoln on lower Eyre Peninsula, South Australia. Our Objectives:

Our objectives are to:

  • Celebrate the diversity of all consumers and their families, and partner with them in the provision of care;
  • Support frail, older people to live in our residential facility;
  • Support people to participate in the community to the extent that they want to;
  • Support family or other primary care givers in their role; and
  • Partner with consumers and our staff to provide consumer-centred, effective, efficient and accountable care and support services that achieve the outcomes for consumers specified in the Aged Care Quality Standards.
