Bishop Lodge is a secure area specially designed to suit the needs of people with dementia and related disorders, with the emphasis on a homelike atmosphere.

  • Finger and toe nail care. Residents have their finger and toe nails cut by staff once a month if required
  • Medication management and administration
  • Management of residents with dementia and other neurological problems
  • Disease monitoring for diabetic residents, blood taking and other specimen collection as requested
  • Mobility assistance (with staff providing help if necessary)
  • Wheelchairs available for less mobile residents
  • Oxygen provided for residents who have this therapy ordered by their medical practitioner
